So I had all my services done by Estelle, and honestly, this place was a horrible experience. I spent about $45 on gel French tip nails, and they didn’t even last more than a day. My nails are now damaged from the excessive glue and buffing that was done. When it came to my hair, I made it very clear that my hair is extremely sentimental to me and that I have difficulty trusting salons because I’m afraid of it being cut too short. Despite explaining that, my hair was cut much shorter than I asked for and with far too many layers. It looked decent the day it was blown out, but trying to style it afterward has been incredibly difficult because the cut is uneven and choppy. The professionalism at this salon was also extremely poor. During my appointment, Estelle was openly talking about other stylists and complaining about being accused of stealing clients, which is something that should remain private and never be discussed in front of customers. I spent around $200 on services that turned out to be disappointing and damaging. On top of that, they were burning sage throughout the salon the entire time, and the smell was overwhelming. It also felt inconsiderate toward people whose religious beliefs may not align with those practices. Overall, I would never recommend this salon. The behavior, lack of professionalism, and poor-quality services made this an awful experience.
